SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will my order be shipped?

We do our best to process and ship your GRANDE7A product as quickly as possible. There is usually 24 hours processing time. If you placed your order over the weekend or on a holiday, we will start processing your order the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.

 
All prices include VAT.

 

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times start from the first ship date of the order, not the date of the order. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed.

Here is a timeline of when to expect your GRANDE7A product:

 

Switzerland       3-5 working days

EU       6-8 business days

Rest of the world       10-15 business days

 

Shipping prices outside of Switzerland

The shipping costs do not include any customs or customs fees that may arise when shipping to countries outside of Switzerland. GRANDE7A is not responsible for these costs.

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your GRANDE7A product as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can make it right. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. We will accept returns on GRANDE7A items that are in new condition, unworn and free from damage. The original labels must be included.

Customers are responsible for return costs. 

The return is at the expense and risk of the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement. The costs for the return are to be borne by the customer.

For orders being returned to us from outside the EU, please note:

Any duties/costs associated with the return are your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund. Before sending your return, please find out how to declare the goods in order to avoid additional costs.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at info@grande7a.com. Your item will only be refunded under the following conditions: Items must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging to ensure they are resalable. 

Returns must be sent to GRANDE7A in Switzerland. The customer bears the shipping costs.

Please contact us first before returning your GRANDE7A product. No refund will be made without prior contact.

What can I do if I don't receive the refund?

Please check your bank account for the refund before contacting GRANDE7A.
